2 years post revision - does this look like capsular contracture? (photos)

Does this look like capsular contracture? It has been 2 years post my revision. I have lost about 10 lbs since and have been breast feeding for 1 year. My scar seems to be lower (not as much in the crease as before) and there seems to be asymmety and change in shape.

Yes, this looks like capsular contracture. The definitive diagnosis needs to be done by a surgeon in person though. I would highly recommend finding a highly trained aesthetic plastic surgeon (preferably 6 years of dedicated plastic surgery residency and 1 year of aesthetic fellowship). Best of luck!

Yes, you probably do have capsules that are holding your implants a little higher than your natural tissue. Go visit with a plastic surgeon.

When the scar capsule thickens and/or tightens around the implant it is called capsular contracture.  There are various degrees.  Some symptoms include the breasts feeling hard, change in shape, or even pain.  As you have mentioned some of these symptoms it is a good idea to visit with your board certified plastic surgeon for an evaluation.

Based only on post op photos appears as a capsular contracure/fibrosis. Better in person examination or at least a virtual examine to determine if you need another revision with exchange of implants.
