Hello. I had a cheek lift 4 months ago and i see no difference in my nasal folds. I was under the impression that the procedure was supposed to help with this. I spoke to my surgeon about my concern and he said it could only be helped with fillers. Is that true? Should i see someone else for a revision? Is there some other procedure that could help with the folds? Thank you

Answer: Is a cheek lift supposed to address nasal folds?
The type of surgical approach is based on the surgeon's preference and the results he can obtain. I prefer a temporal approach and like Endotine fixation. Fat grafting is also helpful.
Hello,
I never recommend a thread lift to my patients. It takes too short, it is not as realistic as it is described. Chin surgery does not lift your cheeks, unfortunately. The only thing that can lift your cheeks is a midface lift.
