Weird crows feet after eyelid surgery, could a cheek lift fix this issue? (Photos)

I have had upper and lower eyelid surgery. Now I have abnormal crows feet and droopy outer lids. They go down instead of out like they did prior to surgery. I don’t necessarily want to change my brows but I want to smooth out my outer lids. Could a cheek lift fix this issue?
