How do I get rid of the nasolabial lines / sagging in my 20s? Not sure if a cheek lift would work (Photo)

Question

I’ve tried: thread lift (I looked crazy and it didn’t work), cheek and NLF filler (barely did anything) and was told morpheus would melt my face. I don’t smoke, am very thin, and wear sunscreen. Can someone tell me if this is bad lighting, abnormal aging, or if cheek implants would help lift my face (I’ve always had a round face)

A temporal cheek lift would lift your malar fat pad and efface the nasolabial fold.  This is not usually needed in younger patients but may be the answer in your particular situation.

Your cheeks are quite full, which is generally desirable. And, we cannot see the front of your face.
It is possible to move cheek fullness, remove some, or adjust in other ways to smooth out that area.  But, more info is needed.
