What can I do to improve my mid-face? (Photo)

I have no idea what to do about my mid-face, it looks so old and deflated Can anything even be done about it? I have never seen anything like it.

Hello; There is a lack of volume; in your midface, middle cheek area and infraorbital area. For this; first of all, I recommend for a filler; with a high lifting affect (Maili Extrem, Restylane Lyft&hellip;) and a dermal filler; on the bone. In order to tighten the cheeks; I advise for the application of PLA (Sculptra, Lanluma&hellip;) to the subcutaneous area. If you desire for a surgical solution; I advise for the combination of Endoscopic Midface Lift and fat injection procedures.

Your midface is very much in contact with your lower eyes. We may not be able to give you the most realistic answer, we cannot see your eyes because of black band on your face, but we can apply fat injection to midface or cheek implants. Don't despair. Your problem is a very common one and can be easily treated by a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler treatment using a volumizing & contouring HA filler for the cheeks. Volumizing the cheeks would not only restore volume and contour them, but would also secondarily improve the under-eyes and diminish the smile lines. In experienced hands, treatment should take no more than about ten minutes and yield immediate, on-the-spot "Wow!" results and engender little to no significant downtime. No need for expensive surgeries with their risk for infection and scarring and prolonged post-surgical downtimes. Hope this helps and best of luck.

A temporal cheek lift can help lift the malar pad and correct these malar lines.  Sometimes a lower lid blepharoplasty is also need to remove lower lid fat that can cause malar festoons.
