I have no idea what to do about my mid-face, it looks so old and deflated Can anything even be done about it? I have never seen anything like it.

Answer: Determinations and Necessary Treatment Recommendations Hello; There is a lack of volume; in your midface, middle cheek area and infraorbital area. For this; first of all, I recommend for a filler; with a high lifting affect (Maili Extrem, Restylane Lyft…) and a dermal filler; on the bone. In order to tighten the cheeks; I advise for the application of PLA (Sculptra, Lanluma…) to the subcutaneous area. If you desire for a surgical solution; I advise for the combination of Endoscopic Midface Lift and fat injection procedures.

Volumizing the cheeks would not only restore volume and contour them, but would also secondarily improve the under-eyes and diminish the smile lines. Answer: Fat Injection Your midface is very much in contact with your lower eyes. We may not be able to give you the most realistic answer, we cannot see your eyes because of black band on your face, but we can apply fat injection to midface or cheek implants. Or we can remove your eye bags with lower eyelids. We would love to help.
