My primary concern is that my cheeks have fallen and sunken / hallow. I've been advised from cheek lift to fillers (and full face lift by some doctors but not all). I am leaning towards a mid facelift with fat transfer. I'm wondering which incision would be best? Temporal or through under eye lids? I've heard of both mechanisms. Thank you for any advise

Hello,
I never recommend a thread lift to my patients. It takes too short, it is not as realistic as it is described. Chin surgery does not lift your cheeks, unfortunately. The only thing that can lift your cheeks is a midface lift.

Thank you for your inquiry! We would love to sit down with you and explore options to help you reach your goals. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon like myself so we can create a surgical or non-surgical plan for you!
A temporal cheek lift would lift your malar fat pad and efface the nasolabial fold. This is not usually needed in younger patients but may be the answer in your particular situation.
