I would recommend that you follow up with your surgeon to get your questions answered. It would be normal for your nose to feel blocked up. But it would be best for your surgeon to examine you to make sure everything else is good as well. Good luck!

1. Tip like Megan fox in your case is not possible.
2. If its tried - risk will be high
3. If you go for drastic rhinoplasty -you may in long run , as you age , have a very deformed nose, which will require reconstruction.
