Great question.  Fillers can help balance out an asymmetric nose.  Botox will not be of any benefit for nose shaping.  The downside of using fillers to correct an asymmetric nose is that fillers only add volume.  So, if you feel like your nose is too wide already fillers will only compound that issue.  The other drawback of fillers is that it is not a permanent solution.  Good luck with your nose shaping journey.Dr Remus Repta

Hello, You have a C shaped curvature of nasal bridge, and straighter nose will look better. Do you also have blockage of nose on left side? Botox wont help. Filler can reduce the crookedness. Filler results  last upto 1 year . Surgery will give best and longest lasting result. It will also remove the blockage if any.
