I am scheduled for upper and lower Blepharoplasty and my surgeon said it will be performed with local anesthesia and IV. Will I be loopy, concious and relaxed? I am worried I will sound like an incoherent intoxicated person.

I typically ask my patients to wait 3-6 months before proceeding with a second surgery. You want to allow your body time to heal and allow any significant swelling to subside.
