Can someone with autoimmune disorder get a brow lift & upper blepharoplasty?

I have Hashimotos and I have tested positive for the Centromere antibody for CREST. I have NOT been diagnosed with CREST or Limited Scleroderma. I don’t have any symptoms and am not on any medication. Is it safe for me to get a brow lift and upper blepharoplasty? Thank you!
