20 years old - Does a chin implant lose or impact some of a male's natural chin squareness/horizontal width?

Hi, I am a male in my 20's who is active and lean and has some chin recession. I naturally have a hsquare-shaped chin, but am concerned that adding a chin implant may make it appear more rounded. I understand that there are square chin implants already (like the Terino), but they also have roundish corners. Does a chin implant lose or impact some of a male's natural chin squareness/horizontal width? Will post-op swelling also affect the chin contour for several months?
