I kindly really need your help, if you see what i need not possible please just tell me, what bothers me a lot is the deviation in my nose, too small nostrils that need to be enlarged (Im thinking of lip lift to get the width back).. those are the main concerns, i think my doctor altered every ml in my nose so there is alot to fix, Is it about spreader grafts? Is it about ear or rib graft? Is it about just bringing the bones together to straighten them? What it is really about based on pics :/ ?
Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos and information you provided. It looks like you have a S shape on your nose (really deviated). I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty, we will most probably need to use some rib cartilage to make the nose straight again and give better definition. Best regards!Prof. Dr. Selcuk Inanli

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for reaching out and for clearly outlining your concerns. Based on your photos and description, here are my initial thoughts: Nasal Deviation: The deviation may be due to residual septal deviation, cartilage warping, or previous bone positioning. This can often be improved with spreader grafts, osteotomies, or septal reconstruction. Small Nostrils: The appearance of small or narrowed nostrils may be the result of alar retraction or over-resection. This can be addressed using alar grafts. Lip Lift Consideration: A lip lift may help improve the balance between the nose and upper lip but won’t significantly widen the nostrils. Structural grafting is more effective for that concern. Yes — improvement is certainly possible. A personalized surgical plan would be needed based on a full in-person evaluation.

Answer: Deviated nose 7 years post op Thank you for your query. Healing tissues are often like little springs and can pull the structures unevenly during the process of healing. A C.T. Scan or MRI can show the structures better. A revision rhinoplasty with a cartilage graft can help straighten the nose. The nostrils can be improved with silicone dilators and reconstruction may not be required. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon or another experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty for a tip lift and a straighter nasal appearance. In our practice, we need to examine everybody to determine their candidacy for revision rhinoplasty surgery. I can see that you have a somewhat crooked nasal appearance where you marked the indentation, and we can also see that your tip has likely drooped since surgery. Goals of revision rhinoplasty may be to increase your nasal tip projection and rotation, while lowering your bridge, and straightening your nose on front view. Please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. Since the only Dr Joseph

Answer: There's a C-shape deviation visible in your case. Nasal bone and upper lateral cartilages of your nose are crooked in C-shape. You can expect good result if you do corrective rhinoplasty. The surgery will move your deviated nasal bone toward the midline. If you perform the dorsal preservation rhinoplasty (septal correction, osteotomy and mobilization of the whole nasal pyramid), then straight nose will be achieved. In most of cases doing this surgery, spreader graft is not required. However, depending on the dorsal septal condition, it may be needed.

Answer: Open rhinoplasty Yes, it is possible to straighten your nose. I recommend an open rhinoplasty. If the septum is still present, it can be harvested as a graft, if necessary. Your nose is curving to your right side in one of your photographs. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
