I am 33. I had a rhinoplasty by a well regarded surgeon in Denver that initially looked great. After several months and into the next year, it developed deformities as it healed. I decided to go back to the surgeon to get it fixed. I have also done fillers in my cheeks (and have seen migration which made my upper hollowness worse), consistently microneedle, have done lasers, and have a strict skincare/sunscreen regimen. We decided to do a mini face lift with fat grafting alongside the rhino revision. I am just wanting second opinions on the mini face lift and am wondering if it should instead be a mid lift. I like the idea of a sharper jawline and repositioning some fat to make my mid face seem shorter, but the nasolabial folds might be better addressed with the mid lift instead. I hate the bottom half of my face in general. I initially avoided the mid lift because I don't like the length of my face and thought I'd look more youthful with a mini (lower) lift. Wondering what the experts think. Thanks!
