How jiggly/natural looking can breast implants be after fully healed?

will they bounce when walking? Or running? How squishy are they from a scale of 1-10? 1 being not at all, 10 being natural breast i am considering silicon around 300-350 ccs

Implants would normally soften and become more natural with time.  The degree to which is occurs depends upon many factors. The more pre-existing breast tissue do you have the more natural your ultimate appearance. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to get a formal opinion through an in-person consultation.Best of luck,

Properly placed and healed breast implants can feel very natural. If there are no wound healing problems such as scarring or capsular contracture, implants under the muscle can come close to a 10.If a capsular contracture occurs the implant can tighten and get firm.
