Below's my 3D vectra images. I want my breasts to have the exact shape and similar size to my wish pics. Doc says I can only go up to 475cc/HP, round smooth silicone in accordance with my measurements. I want to go up to 500cc, is this possible and will this get me my desired shape & size without the 2 fake balls look? I want full cleavage and side boob as in wish pics.
Answer: Breast Implant Sizing The exact choice of size that will work best for you is an important decision that you should make with your board certified plastic surgeon. 3D Vectra imaging and simulation, the Mentor gel sizing system, rice filled implants at home in your bra, and bio-dimensional analysis are all methods that can be employed to help you come to a decision. Because size is such an important component of decision making in breast augmentation our office employs all of these techniques with each patient to ensure the highest rate of satisfaction possible. Good luck with your decision!

Answer: The Perfect Breast Size is a critical question for many women who choose breast augmentation. The key is to work with a Board Certified plastic surgeon with expertise and experience in breast augmentation. There is an ideal shoe size for your foot. Too small and your foot will be crammed and too large and your foot will not fill the shoe. The same thing is true with breasts: too large and it will look round and fake; too small and it will be loose and empty on the top. The common denominator to the most beautiful breasts is that they were sized objectively on the basis of measurements. We combine a proven formula based on measurements of the rests and chest along with through discussions of patient's desires. Photos of ideal breasts and results from patients with similar breasts are often very helpful in the discussion. A rice test in the office or at home can also be very helpful.

Answer: Using the appropriate breast implant volume There is no way to reliably pick which implant is right based upon your measurements alone and implant "CCs." Many things such as your skin quality, breast width, skin elasticity, existing breast tissue, chest wall shape and implant size and implant fill all contribute to your ultimate "look" after augmentation. Keep in mind, that the difference in width of a 475 or 500 mL breast implant is likely to be 2 to 3 mm. This is almost inconsequential in the overall scheme of things. No physician can predict what each implant will do on your body until they are "sized in surgery." However, cup size is traditionally very inaccurate measurement scale (you likely wear different cup sizes in different manufacturers now). The best way to achieve the look you want after augmentation is first a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and adequate communication with your surgeon. This is accomplished through the consult, exam, measurements, anatomic assessment and then in-office sizing. We also encourage patients to bring in photos of the "look" they are trying to achieve. Once all of this has been accomplished, the patient needs to put their trust into their physician to make the "best choice" of likely imperfect options. Then, you will get your "version" of your ideal outcome. Best of luck,Vincent Marin, MDSan Diego Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Best way to choose implants The only way any surgeon could give you an accurate and honest opinion is after a consultation. Your doctor, not a extender, needs to expend a minimum of 30 minutes discussing the pros and cons of the procedure, vectra imaging is good, however is not completely accurate. You also need to use a sizer system To give you a visual representation of the goal.In my professional opinion it is more important what is what you desire for the look than the measurements of your chest, 500 cc is not unreasonable, in my practice the patient decides the size, I give them my professional opinion, be sure to seek the help of a plastic surgeon member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery the premier association of aesthetic plastic surgeons

Answer: I want to be a full D and look like my 'wish pics' Thank you for your question and photos - this is a common question! Unfortunately, bra size cannot be a goal or expected outcome of surgery, as cup size is NOT objective or standardized - different bra companies use different criteria, so you may be a C-cup in one company and a D-cup in another. Additionally, one cannot 'promise' that you will look like your wish pic, as your anatomy is different from the models and patients in the wish pics. In general, the larger the size change, and the larger the implant, the more "fake" will your augmentation look. However, 'natural' is extremely subjective, as few women come in saying they want 'unnatural' looking breasts, yet breast size size and implant size is extremely variable. As far as CC-size of implant, this is another pitfall to get caught-up in, and a volume of 25cc will not make a noticeable difference (25cc would represent an approximately 5% increase in size, which is not significant enough to make a difference, and certainly not by a cup-size). I hope this is helpful. It sounds like you have a lot of uncertainty so I would definitely recommend setting up another appointment with your surgeon BEFORE surgery to make sure you are comfortable with the plan and expected outcomes.Good luck!
