I see volume loss all over face and wrinkles after infini rf. When I smile I see crepey skin on cheeks and under eyes. I also see crows feet and just so many wrinkles around my eyes when I smile. I see crepey skin at rest under eyes. infini rf has aged me tremendously. The volume loss changed the shape of my whole face. Will facial fat grafting help me. The first picture is before infini and second is after. If fat grafting will help who is a good doctor in Portland or Seattle
Answer: A combination of CO2, PRP, and a Melapeel can help address these issues. Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

Answer: Subtle improvement With fat grafting, you may get a subtle improvement lines around the lower eyes because increasing volume would potentially stretch the overlying skin a touch. However, this is not something I would promise or create an expectation. If it happens, its icing on the cake.
