I had a fat graft to my breast and to two small areas on my buttocks. Any recommendations for post procedure care? My physician said there was nothing specific to do. Today my breasts are very swollen sore and asymmetrical, does anyone know how long this will last? Do I need to wear compression on them? Should I avoid pressure on my bottom?
