Is my chin implant supposed to wiggle?

When i apply any amount of pressure to the bottom of my chin, my implant moves up. I can physically wiggle the implant up and down with my fingers with no effort. I can distinctly feel the difference between my jaw and the implant. The implant feels like there is a ridge under my jaw bone. It has never felt right and i have never been happy with it. My surgeon uses fillers and botox to continually augment the shape. Ive asked to have it removed but they keep assuring me that it is fine. Is it?
