You are unfortunately the perfect example of why never is a good idea corticoid injections in noses, a practiced derived from the belief that corticosteroids are anti-inflammatory... which they actually are when administerd via systemic blood flow (EV, oral, etc) or topic (ointments), but not when injected as infiltrations for tissues, in the latter they are corrosive and destructive, making atrophy of tissues and skin.

Ask your dermatologist why he did anything on a rhinoplasty that's not his field of competence, sure the answer is going to be interesting, as well as the solution provided.

Hello and thank you for your question. Steroid injections should only be done by your surgeon and not a dermatologist for this exact reason. A mastoid fascia tip graft could likely help you. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
