Do I need gum graft immediately or can I wait? (Photo)

This problem has been going on since quite some months. There is no pain, just occasional sensitivity. Do I urgently need a surgery or can I wait a year? What can be likely complications if I wait? Secondly, between a connective tissue graft and alloderm, what would be better for me?

The type of stitches which are usually used for the palatal donor site is resorbable (dissolvable) type.  It is normal for these sutures to become loose and start falling after few days  They should be left alone  if you try to pull them out , you can cause bleeding complications ....
