I had a gum graft on #8 #9 and #10 6 weeks ago. When the stitches came off 3 weeks ago I was left with a "divot" between #9 and #10. My dentist said that it will fix itself in 6-8 weeks & that she's never seen one that didn't. I have seen little change in the past 3 weeks, but maybe because I'm looking ALL THE TIME. Also it does seem that the recession is increasing slowly on #10. Can new gum tissue continue to pull up and if so how long is that a risk after surgery?
