As far as I can see from your photos your skin type is a thick skin structure, the healing process may take 1.5 - 2 years to heal compared to a normal skin, but it is possible to achieve a much better result with a single operation. For get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery.

It is certainly possible to leave some of a dorsal hump in place and focus primarily on the tip. Many of our Middle Eastern patients ask for exactly that. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation that can do computer imaging on the same day.

Many of our male patients do not want to have a curve on their bridge after surgery. I agree that a small bump is preferable to an over curved nasal profile appearance. You get to determine the goal of the operation. It's okay to look for tip narrowing and elevation, and also take-down of some of the hump, while leaving some hump. You figure out exactly what to do with morphs before surgery. In any nose they are crucial, but in yours particularly, because you and the surgeon must be on exactly the same page about how much to change your bridge.

If you're trying to leave a dorsal hump, your nose will look half-baked, and it will look like you have a poorly performed rhinoplasty. You can certainly leave a straight, strong profile if that's what you desire, in addition to lifting the nasal tip.
