Answer: Yes it is possible to make some changes to the nose but to leave some of the hump. You get to determine the goal of the operation. It's okay to look for tip narrowing and elevation, and also take-down of some of the hump, while leaving some hump. You figure out exactly what to do with morphs before surgery. In any nose they are crucial, but in yours particularly, because you and the surgeon must be on exactly the same page about how much to change your bridge.
