I’m 45 years old and have always disliked my nose. While I’m not displeased with the shape per se, I’ve always felt it was a bit too wide. Would it require a full rhinoplasty to thin it out a bit? I am also starting to to consider some anti-aging surgery as well and am wondering what I should have done?My face is starting to fall and I feel like my eyes are looking heavy (I already get Botox and filler).

From your photos, you appear to be a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The tip can be lifted and refined, and your nose shortened, while improving bridge irregularities at the same time. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation
Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can see from your photos, I would definitely recommend you a revision rhinoplasty, the most important detail you should pay attention to here is that your surgeon is an ent doctor and also a facial plastic surgeon.
It would be better face to face...

From the photo provided you would almost certainly need an open rhinoplasty to address the entire shape of the nose +/- septum (if this is actually deviated). A columella strut graft is probably needed to support the tip and control its position.
I would advise that you see a Plastic surgeon...
