Uneven scar on nostrils and profile still feels bulky on supertip of septum - will nasal rasping give better results? (Photos)

I had a rhinoseptoplasty back in 2019, i have an uneven scar on my nostrils and the profile still feels bulky on the supertip of my septum, i am having a revision septoplasty with the nhs as it affects my breathing, though i am wanting to know what options i had to correct the profile without undergoing a full rhinoplasty again, my original surgeon suggested nasal rasping under local anaesthetic, i am just wanting some opinions to this, unfortunately my original surgeon is wanting to charge double my original surgery cost to correct it and I’m not sure I have trust to let him do the rasping procedure nor do I want to really give him more money as he had initially said a few years ago he would do it free of charge which he has now retracted and wants to charge double the original price. What time frame could this be done after a septoplasty through ENT as i am getting married in 5 months and concerned I am going to be as insecure as I was before my original surgery.
