Breast implant revision. When should adderall be stopped pre-surgery?

I’ve taken a high dose of adderall as directed for almost a decade. I have a ruptured implant that needs to be removed and replaced. Wondering what the recommended suggestion is to be off adderall in advance of surgery?

In general, medical grade stimulants such as Adderall should be stopped one week prior to surgery due to anesthetic concerns. Caffeine is OK to continue until the day before surgery. These medications can be restarted the day after surgery as they do not generally affect wound healing or other surgical concerns.
