I had 275cc round implants. but I'm not happy with the result. I expected a round view when i wear bikini. I can only get the vision i want when i use bra. But i didn't get the surgery to use bra. My doctor said 295cc is so much for me. But i consulted another surgeon and he says it is possible, even like something like 400cc. I am so confused and psychologically down. I'm thinking about it every minute. Please tell me your opinion. Thank you.
Answer: Implant size Dear plasticvibes, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Breast implants Thank you for your question. It's understandable to feel disappointed and confused about your breast augmentation results. It's important to note that the final outcome of breast augmentation surgery can be influenced by various factors, such as the shape and size of your breasts before surgery, the implant type and placement, and the skill and technique of the surgeon. If you're unhappy with the size and shape of your breasts after surgery, it's important to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. They can evaluate your situation and determine the best course of action. It's also a good idea to seek a second opinion from another board-certified plastic surgeon to get an objective assessment of your situation. They can evaluate your anatomy and provide you with realistic expectations for the results you can achieve with additional surgery. When considering a revision breast augmentation, it's essential to keep in mind that larger implants may not necessarily provide the outcome you desire. It's important to have realistic expectations and work with your surgeon to select the appropriate implant size and shape that will achieve your desired look while still maintaining a balanced and natural appearance. Overall, the decision to undergo a revision breast augmentation is a personal one that should be carefully considered in consultation with your plastic surgeon. Be sure to ask questions, voice your concerns, and have a clear understanding of the potential risks and benefits of any additional surgery.
