18, newly developed hump - what would you to do fix my nose? (Photos)

Question

I broke my nose when I was around 15 playing baseball (im 18 now). I’ve had surgery to realign my nose and drain my sinus’, but ever since I feel my nose has never looked the same especially with this newly developed dorsal hump. What fixes could my nose use and what would the rough cost of a procedure like mine be? Thanks :)

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump could be taken down to create a nice nasal dorsum from the side. The tip can also be made a little smaller. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, which is composed of both bone and cartilage. All of the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose, and no painful internal nasal packing is required. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what your new nose might look like versus your old nose. Choose your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience, since rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult procedures to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery.
