Can kenalog be used to improve the nose tip 4 years after revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I had revision rhinoplasty 4 years ago to fix a saddle deformity in my nose. My bridge looks better but the tip of my nose became bulbous and saggy. I would like to know if Kenalog can improve the appearance of my nose tip without having to go through a second revision rhinoplasty.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, a Revision Rhinoplasty it would be a much better option for you in order to address all of the issues with your nose. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
