Can kenalog be used to improve the nose tip 4 years after revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I had revision rhinoplasty 4 years ago to fix a saddle deformity in my nose. My bridge looks better but the tip of my nose became bulbous and saggy. I would like to know if Kenalog can improve the appearance of my nose tip without having to go through a second revision rhinoplasty.
