2 years post op - do I possibly have inverted V deformity? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. This area does appear to be consistent with an inverted V deformity. This can be fixed by performing osteotomies and placing spreader grafts during a revision procedure. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You certainly have an inverted V deformity on your left side where there's a discontinuity between the upper lateral cartilage and the nasal bone on that side alone. Consider a closed revision rhinoplasty to harvest cartilage from the inside of your nose for placement of a spreader graft, and a possible onlay graft, and a low lateral osteotomy placed in the wide nasal bone on that side. It's very important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of your nose for grafting purposes
