Total septal reconstruction during Rib Revision Rhinoplasty. Is it possible to fix this?

Hello, i got a Rib Revision Rhinoplasty after unsuccessful rhinoplasty and the revision doctor did a total septal reconstruction with removal of my old deformed lateral crus, diced cartilage in the tip, shield graft and columella strut graft. I didn't expect him to use that many grafts since he couldn't tell me at consultation, he only told me he is going to do some tip grafting but cant tell till he opened my nose. Now I'm shocked about the result since my nose is completely stiff, I can't move my upper lip (columella graft is probably placed to low) and i do have pain from the lateral crural strut graft (the grafts are very wonky and big). I am so shocked and i regret this surgery everyday. Is there s possibility to remove some grafts from the tip one day when the nose is healed? It feels like there is nothing natural left in my tip. Kind regards!
