Picking your scab after rhinoplasty can cause any long term damage?

Hello Doctors, I had my primary rhinoplasty 1 and half year ago, but I keep picking the scab in my nose after rhinoplasty with Q tips and most of the time it's my inner nose is dry so I'm afraid I ruined or cause scar tissue, it doesn't hurt just because a bit sensitive, did I cause any long term damage to the final shape of my nose or structural damage to nasal tissues? Please help I'm scared
