Is my chin implant too extreme?

It appears, on these photos, that your implant is too big and overly projected. Very likely that implant with less anterior projection and with lateral extension, would be a better fit. Hope this helps. Goof luck.

I did not see your presurgical photos but your chin does appear a bit narrow and prominent. Silicone implants are easily removed but high density polyethylene implants can be difficult to remove because of tissue ingrowth. In addition, after one year, the tissue expansion created by the implant may not return to normal or presurgical condition. The implant can be removed but I would recommend a simultaneous sliding genioplasty to "fill" the void created by the implant. This approach can be more subtle and make your chin less pointy and prominent. Another option is to ask your surgeon if he/she can shave the implant from a submental approach to make is less prominent. I would also recommend a chin tuck of the soft tissue if shaving is performed. I hope this was helpful.
