I have been on accutane for 2 months as a 5'9, 160lb male. I have stopped taking it for 2 weeks now as I want to get plastic surgery in ~3 months. I was at a 30mg dose, which is below the minimum threshold of 0.5mg per kg. I want to get an alarplasty and lower blepharoplasty in one sitting and am wondering if 3 months is enough to wait. I don't want to wait 6 months as it also seems unnecessary, since that's for full large dose accutane treatments not below-minimum doses.
