Half chinese & black, what surgery or non-surgery could make my nose holes smaller? (Photos)

I kinda like my nose, but i would like it more if the nostrils holes were smaller. More so what the name of the surgery would be and how much it would cost.

If you like the appearance of your nostrils when you reshape them with your fingers, then something fairly similar can be achieved with surgery called alarplasty or alar base reduction.

If you would like more narrow nostrils then the procedure that you are looking for is called an alarplasty.  The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia but should only be performed by a skilled rhinoplasty surgeon as asymmetric nostrils following the procedure is the number one potential complication of the procedure.

Narrowing the nostrils is a simple procedure that can be done under local anesthesia. A segment if the nostril is cut out to reduce flaring   nostrils. I have isrfirmed this many times including blacks and Asians .
