Hi i am a 54 yr old male considering an alarplasty , i want my nose norrower and less flare , im happy with the tip and overrall shape other than the nostils , am i a suitable candidate , thank you.

The asymmetry is normal and trying to fix it can lead a bigger asymmetry. You have to weigh the risk/reward ratio. You have a beautiful nose and the risk of making it worst is there. I would leave it alone.
