Would a cartilage graft be required to achieve a successful tip plasty and alarplasty? (photos)

Hi everyone. I really don’t like the width of my nose, but I do like the shape and height of my bridge; although it’s pretty low. I’ve been wanting to get an alarplasty and also a tip plasty. Would cartilage be required for tip plasty?
