Hi everyone. I really don’t like the width of my nose, but I do like the shape and height of my bridge; although it’s pretty low. I’ve been wanting to get an alarplasty and also a tip plasty. Would cartilage be required for tip plasty?

If you like the appearance of your nostrils when you reshape them with your fingers, then something fairly similar can be achieved with surgery called alarplasty or alar base reduction.
