I quite like my right side profile ( even when smiling) but my left side especially when I smile is very uneven in comparison to my left. Is it because my alar seems wider on my left especially when I smile. Also on my left side profile there’s seems to be what seems like an indentation ( seen in picture two) could this be another reason for the asymmetry? What can I do to make my left look like my right side profile.
