Alarplasty or something else? (Photo)

It certainly is possible to maintain the appearance of your profile and to simply decrease the width and flare of your nostrils and ala with an alarplasty. However, it's important to be cognizant of the effect this will have on the proportions of your nose. If your nostrils are narrowed and become slimmer, with no change to the size and shape of the tip of your nose, the tip of your nose will appear wider and more bulbous in relation to your newly slimmed nostrils. Based on the photos you provided it's difficult to evaluate the bridge and dorsum, but for a slimmer appearance to your nostrils I would recommend some degree of refinement of your nasal tip simultaneously.

Based on your limited photos, you appear to have a wide nasal tip and flaring nostrils. In our experience, alarplasty involves narrowing the very base of the nose without visible external scars. I believe this could lead to a wider nasal tip appearance. The best suggestion is to consult with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what might be best for you moving forward.
