Question

During the off season I have hip dips. I want them filled in. I attached photos of myself. How long do I have to maintain one weight before the fat is set there? Will a petite bbl help with my hip dips now? I know I’m fairly lean, but I can easily pinch a good amount of fat on my flanks, low back, and inner thighs. I don’t want a big bbl. Just enough to round out my hips. I know the surgeon will talk about where we can take fat from at my consult. The last 2 are edited for my ideal results.

Hello, my name is Dr Igor Burko and I am a Plastic Surgeon at SY Aesthetics in NYC. If you only want your hips dips filled in, then you only need fat transferred to that one area. However, if you also would like added buttock projection, you will need fat transferred to the buttock itself.
I recommend maintaining your weight for at least 6 months to prevent loss of transferred fat.

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection.
