My 3rd? My focus is on a less invasive op for removal of silicone from a ruptured implant. There are videos using suction to control ruptured contents before or during explant. En Bloc or capsulectomy was goal but, these women had the BII thing going on. I DO NOT. My small 35Yr old capsules are part of me now, it is only the free silicone&collapsed shell inside that is the threat. Can y'all not just clean out the capsule, flush, stitch it up, close incision?? Has this been tried?

From board-certified doctors and trusted medical professionals
You will not be able to take warfarin and have elective surgery. You do need to check with your medical doctor to see if you should be on Lovenox during the time you are off warfarin. This should have already been discussed with you during your consultation.
Thank you for your question and photos! We regularly remove breast implants with en bloc capsulectomy, transfer fat and lift breasts at the same time as well as individually. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified...
Nipples actually inverting is not very common with implant removal, but breast tissue might do so, especially with large implants. Your surgeon who examined you may be able to give you a better idea of what you can expect.
