I first had Juvederm 1ml put in summer 2014 then again in early 2015. I loved the result. I changed clinic to go to another doctor, Xmas 2015. They were bigger but I liked them. Three years later, smile now looks uneven. Area above upper lip puffy, philtrum protruding, almost mannish. Noticed “moustache” like shadow in studio lighting. Was flatter before. Will this ugly shape even be filler anymore? Would hyaluronidase help? Can scar tissue be removed from inside lips to even out?

Answer: Juvederm ultra tends to last around 6 months in the lips
I treat under eye circles/bags with fillers on multiple patients every day in my office in Orange County, CA and it is a fantastic treatment for this area BUT if your physician is telling you not to do it, it is probably because he or she does not feel comfortable treating this area and/or they...
This is certainly not standard post-treatment advice, and I cannot think of a scenario as to why this would be recommended. I would advise you to drink as you wish straight away.
Thank you for the question. This looks like a swelling in the mucosa layer of the inside of your mouth and lip. This is not from lip filler injection. This can happen from irritation to the inside of your mouth. Wish you the best in health.
