After 3 weeks of post rhinoplasty surgery i got infection and my nose got swollen and big, and a red spot was on the bridge of my nose, after visiting my surgeon and got the necessary treatment, as the doctor injected my nose to withdraw the infection inside and antibiotics were taken, after 10 days my nose become normal and the rhinoplasty results began to appear but the red spot still there at the bridge of my nose and do not disappear as i am now 3 months post rhinoplasty.

Some degree of reduction of the nostril flare can be achieved indirectly with tip work (by increasing the projection of the nasal tip, resembling a tenting effect). You might be a candidate for such tip work based on your picture, but obviously more views and detailed understanding of your goals...
I agree that the rhinoplasty would be a tremendous improvement. I would concentrate on that part first. Treatment for sunken cheeks is not always very successful. You’re either talking about fat injections, other injectables or cheek implants. I’m really not crazy about any of those option...
