What is this blue mark on my nose after rhinoplasty? 3 days post-op. (photos)

Hi i had a rhinoplasty surgery on 15/12/17 and had my stitches removed on the 21/12/17 i have noticed like a blue mark on the tip of my nose. I dont think it is pen because its not coming off what can this be?
