Dear Cruzan96,though rare, some women who undergo breast augmentation will develop a minor deformity known as a “double bubble,” in which additional folds appear underneath the breasts due to the implant accidentally shifting or contracting post-surgery. In most cases, the implant simply slipped too far down the chest wall and traveled behind the breast inframammary crease (the area where the lower breast meets the chest), instead of moving forward to fill the breast cavity. If left untreated, the lopsided implant will form unnatural indentations, resulting in an odd “four-breast effect” rather than the full, rounded chest the patient initially desired.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Implants are not lifetime devices. If you have had them 10 years then that usually is a very successful survival time. If you do not like what is going on with your breasts then I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Although your one photo is very limited, your implants are placed behind the muscle so they will move when the muscle flexes. If your implants are not leaking, they do not have to be exchanged.

Strattice is an acellular dermal matrix, which is a biological material that becomes living tissue as your body grows blood vessels into it and cells move in. In order for this to happen, there has to be good contact between the Strattice and your tissue. Suction drains ensure this and not using...
You did not post photos, so I don't know what kind of lift you will have. However, in my hands, most exchanges with lifts take 2-2.5 hours. Seven hours is a slow surgeon.
