Lip lift will show more of the upper lip, i do think your current fillers should be reversed and reassessed. The best way to shorten the philtrum would be a lip lift. However, you are showing several millimeters of incisor show already. This will show even more and you may be dissatisfied. You may want to consult with a cosmetic dentist about shorten the length of your teeth. Best Wishes, Gary...
