Is lip lift like this possible to get more triangle lips?

I would like to have more triangle lips. If I hold my fingers only in the middle I achieve the look I want. Is lip lift like this possible? I want It go up just a little bit.

Lip lift will show more of the upper lip, i do think your current fillers should be reversed and reassessed. I would use daily hydration and plumping (see emeragecosmetics lip essentials kit).  everyone can do a little filler when done well really gives nice hydration and plumping.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The best way to shorten the philtrum would be a lip lift. However, you are showing several millimeters of incisor show already. This will show even more and you may be dissatisfied. You may want to consult with a cosmetic dentist about shorten the length of your teeth. Best Wishes, Gary...
