Is lip lift like this possible to get more triangle lips?

I would like to have more triangle lips. If I hold my fingers only in the middle I achieve the look I want. Is lip lift like this possible? I want It go up just a little bit.

To accomplish a triangular appearance you would need the center part of your lip lifted. This is absolutely possible and if you like that look desirable.

Yes a lip lift can give you a more triangular appearance but that may or may not result in the corners looking like they are turning down.  The triangular lip lift looks good on young patients and looks inappropriate on older patients.  You may be a candidate for this procedure.

That is the exact effect a subnasal lip lift will achieve , probably in he 3 to 4mm range at most. It would a long incision to do so than the limited central incision you have drawn.
