How can I repair damage done to the enamel on one of my front teeth?

My dentist was working on another tooth, and his drill shaved off the enamel on one of my front teeth. I didn't notice it until the numbing wore off hours later and its now so sensitive, I can barely touch it.

There appears to be chipping in all front four teeth--you have the option to repair or smooth down more tooth structure--I always rather add than take away--good luck to you

It's always important to get a crown after a rootcanal to avoid a tooth from chipping or breaking.  Also it will prevent the tooth from getting reinfected by getting a proper coronal seal.  We always recommend the final crown within two weeks  Good luck
