My dentist was working on another tooth, and his drill shaved off the enamel on one of my front teeth. I didn't notice it until the numbing wore off hours later and its now so sensitive, I can barely touch it.

There appears to be chipping in all front four teeth--you have the option to repair or smooth down more tooth structure--I always rather add than take away--good luck to you
It's always important to get a crown after a rootcanal to avoid a tooth from chipping or breaking. Also it will prevent the tooth from getting reinfected by getting a proper coronal seal. We always recommend the final crown within two weeks
