Hi. I had a breast lift surgery without augmentation in 2020 to remove extra skin left after weight loss. I am happy with the shape and position of my breasts, however, there is still loose skin 'wrinkles' on the upper half of each breast, as well as no upper fullness. Would fat transfer help fill out the tissue so I do not need to have another lift to remove the skin? I do not want breast implants. Or, is it a safer bet to go with lift again - would a donut lift suffice? Thank you.
