Fat can almost be taken from any area to add to the breast volume. Choosing the location to take fat should consider:
-an area for cosmetic enhancement,
-the ease with which fat can be harvested,
-& the laxity of the skin of the area, amongst other things.

Although there is some research suggesting some areas for fat harvesting are superior to others, there is no final word on the best one. If someone has an area they do not like having fat, it should certainly be considered a potential first choice.
