The decision to change the shape of one's nose, such as correction a prominent dorsal hump in your case, should be a well-thought out process. Too often I see patients that choose to undergo a rapid or "temporary" procedure simply because it is more achievable both financially and medically compared to the standard surgical procedure. Although there are many instances where the use of fillers and other temporary interventions can help ameliorate certain aspects of the face, such as volume loss in the cheeks for example, your nose is NOT one such instance. I have to stress to you the importance of not falling prey to "quick n' easy" alternatives that you may encounter if you look around long enough. Removing a hump, although aesthetically simple, can be a more complicated matter when you take into account the bony structure of your nose, the long term consequences of bony and cartilagenous reshaping, and, of course, its function in breathing and humidifying air. Understanding how to attain the nasal appearance that you desire begins with a consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate your nose both inside and out. If you are applying enough pressure to your nose such that it temporarily improves the prominence of the hump then I can assure you that you are traumatizing a very sensitive region of your nose, which can ultimately become inflamed, and it is highly unlikely to cause any improvement on your nasal profile. Best wishes!
