Hello, I had a rhinoseptoplasty 1 year ago and I am left with a slightly narrow lower 1/3 which I dislike. I am researching effective ways to correct tip pinching for my case and was wondering how effective are alar spreader grafts (LLC spreader grafts) for pushing lateral crura outward? Can they correct supra-alar pinching as well and improve breathing?
